The teachers left full of inspiration and with many new ideas on how to improve their teaching skills. We plan to have such a weekend twice a year. We went to our weekend retreat in Schluesshof with 83 students and 5 staff. The students came from all over North Germany, mostly from Hamburg and Berlin. We had a good mixture of beginners, experienced students and teachers. We did the cooking with the help of 4 work-studies, close students from Berlin. In early March, the energy at the Centre remained high following a beautiful weekend of Bhakti Yoga. All workshops were well attended and the students were appreciative. The highlight of the month was a two-day program with Swami Sivadasananda called "Energy and Positivity in Asanas".
